I like the image as the one for my column because I wanted to make the point that the act of cooking can be laid-back and fun. You can dress up like Julia Child or Emeril if you like but when it comes to preparing good food, all you need are clean hands, good hand eye coordination, a little bit of organization -- all mixed well with a big dollop of enthusiasm. What's that the recipe for? Being a success at cooking, that's what! So dress in your best, wear your underwear or your favorite PJ's and let's get cooking.
